Terms · Draft for publisher approval

Terms of service.

SystemLens provides read-only diagnostic evidence. It is not a repair service and it does not make changes to your PC.

Not yet effective

The legal publisher name, jurisdiction, contact address, limitation language, and effective date require publisher and legal approval before public release.

Release status

SystemLens is currently a release candidate. The Windows companion is unsigned and is not offered for public download. These terms describe the intended product boundary and do not announce general availability.

Your responsibilities

Use SystemLens only on PCs you own or are authorized to inspect. Keep your Windows account, OpenAI account, pairing codes, and device credentials secure. Review troubleshooting recommendations before acting; SystemLens itself does not change the machine.

Limits of diagnostic evidence

Evidence can be incomplete because of permissions, Windows APIs, timing, hardware support, or a disconnected companion. An unavailable result must not be interpreted as a healthy result. SystemLens reports observations and does not claim that correlation proves causation.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person’s device, bypass limits, extract prohibited personal data, interfere with the service, or misrepresent SystemLens evidence. Do not use it as a security, medical, legal, or emergency service.

Availability and warranty

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or network failure. Final warranty and liability language will be established in the approved effective terms. Mandatory consumer rights will not be excluded.
